Easy Pumpkin Dessert
I’m not usually much of a baker, but there’s something about fall that inspires me! I love all of the fall flavors and delicious comfort foods that come with the season. While I’m not a big fan of the pumpkin spice latte, I pretty much love everything else pumpkin!
If a pumpkin pie and a pumpkin cake had a baby, it would be this pumpkin dessert. Personally, I love it way more than pumpkin pie and I think it just might be our Thanksgiving dessert this year. The base is smooth and creamy with a tasty cake crumble topping. It’s SO good!!
This pumpkin dessert takes less than 20 minutes to prep and is super easy to make. I like to serve it warm and topped with some vanilla ice cream. You can serve it on a plate like a cake, or place it in a bowl if you like to mix it all up with the ice cream.
